A month of ENT care Chase Miller has just returned this week from a month of arduous service at Tenwyk Hospital in Kenya that she’s been reporting on their blog. Jimmy’s work with providing pure water resources in remote communities has been greatly aided by their collaboration with Tenwek Hospital Community Health using the Tenwyk Hospital supply room as an intermediary for necessary shipments. Launching into the New Year We had a wonderful gathering yesterday morning at Solid Rock (formerly Brighton Presbyterian) Church in their spacious Wallace Hall with over 40 colleagues in attendance, including nearly 10 students from the U of R Medical Center Christian Fellowship. After joining in prayer we gathered around tables to share in fellowship and a delicious breakfast of exotic granola with yogurt, fresh fruit, and home baked blueberry or pumpkin spice muffins, all accompanied by hot beverages and juice.
